1 Permanent marker write your own name on your bag if you are mixing several different kinds of omelets for different people.
eggs enough for 2 eggs per person (or per bag)
ingredients ham, cheese, onion, tomato, green pepper, hash browns, salsa, butter, whatever!
salt & pepper
instructions:  Write your name on a quart-size Ziploc freezer bag with permanent marker.
Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not more than 2) (take out the shells) shake the bag to combine the eggs.  Place your own ingredients such as: salt, pepper, hash browns, ham, onion, tomato, cheeses, green pepper, salsa, whatever, in the ziploc bag, shake the bag again to mix the ingredients.  Carefully press all the air out of the bag and zip it up.  Place the bags into boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can cook 6 or more omelet-bags in a large pot.  For more, make another pot of boiling water.  If the water is rolling, the water splashed on the sides of the inside of the pot will prevent the bag from sticking.... so make sure the pot is rolling with boiling water.
After 13 minutes, open the bags and the omelet will fall out easily.
